In our third grade class, we use Class Dojo to help students keep themselves accountable and manage their behavior. Students have opportunities all throughout the day to earn Dojo points. These can be earned by following directions, showing kindness to others, taking care of our classroom, staying focused when working, and much more. Other teachers also have to chance to give points to students whether that is at specials or just walking down the hall. Dojo points are also able to be taken away at any time when students are not showing responsible behavior. They will always have the opportunity to earn back points! 

Desk Pets

Each week, students redeem their Dojo points for Desk Pet Prizes! 

At the beginning of each quarter, students get to "adopt" a pet. As they earn Dojo points throughout the quarter, they choose prizes for their pet. Food, pets, games, etc. all in the form of mini erasers!
